Responsibilities:

  • Answer and manage incoming customer calls professionally and courteously
  • Record full client details and project interests accurately
  • Provide product information and coordinate follow-up communication
  • Transfer finalized leads to the accounting department for payment
  • Maintain detailed call logs and submit reports promptly
  • Represent the company with honesty and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in construction, doors, or building materials
  • Must be a Canadian Citizen (no work visa or residency accepted)
  • Fluent English communication with no heavy accent (clear, professional phone presence)
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities

  • $15 per qualified call
  • $50 bonus per closed sale (after client satisfaction and payment confirmation)
  • Paid weekly after verification
  • 1-month probation period, with potential for part-time or full-time renewal
