About the role

We're hiring dependable snow removal labourers for the winter season, with the option to roll into spring/summer work doing lawn mowing and landscaping.

What you'll do (Winter)

  • Shoveling and clearing sidewalks, steps, entrances
  • Salting and ice control
  • Loading, unloading, and handling tools safely
  • Working outdoors in cold conditions during snow events
  • Working with a team to hit service times

Summer opportunity (for the right people)

  • Lawn mowing and trimming
  • Spring cleanups
  • General hardscapes/ landscape labour

What we're looking for

  • Reliable and punctual (snow work depends on it)
  • Physically able to shovel, lift, and work long shifts outdoors
  • Available for nights, early mornings, and weekends when storms hit
  • Must have reliable transportation to get to our shop
  • Driver's license is an asset (Class 5), but not required for all positions
  • Experience is an asset, we will train the right attitude
