**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate loaders and related equipment to clear snow and ice from roadways and parking lots.
- Maintain equipment by performing routine inspections, basic repairs, and necessary maintenance tasks.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks associated with snow removal.
- Ensure safe operation of vehicles and adherence to all safety protocols during inclement weather conditions.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate snow removal efforts efficiently.
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to changing situations as needed.

**Experience**
- Proven experience operating heavy machinery or loader equipment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions while maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency.
- A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications related to heavy machinery operation are advantageous.
- Minimum 2 years experience required.

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour

- Loader operation: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:
