Are you a reliable and motivated individual who enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions? Do you have a passion for hard work and attention to detail If so, Rockland is seeking experienced and dependable Crew Lead to lead our Snow Removal Sidewalk Crews during the upcoming winter season.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision**: Provide clear instructions and guidance to the sidewalk crew members, ensuring they understand their responsibilities and work efficiently.
- **Snow Removal**: Lead the crew in operating snow blowers, shovels, and other snow removal equipment to clear sidewalks, walkways, and entrance areas.
- **Safety**: Enforce safety protocols and best practices at all times to prevent accidents and injuries. Conduct safety briefings and ensure crew compliance.
- **Equipment Management**: Oversee equipment maintenance and report any issues promptly to the Site Lead. Ensure that equipment is in good working order.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of work completed, hours worked, and any incidents or issues encountered during the shift.
- **Scheduling**: Assist in crew scheduling and coordinate work assignments to ensure coverage during snow events.
- **Training**: Train new crew members on proper snow removal techniques and safety procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in snow removal or related outdoor work, with a minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Proficiency in operating snow removal equipment, including snow blowers and shovels
- Capability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs and able to perform physically demanding tasks in cold weather conditions
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for flexible work hours, including night shifts, weekends and holidays
