Summary:

The new and exciting role supports the organization with their knowledge of Food and Natural Health Product industry operations, liaising with subject matter experts in different departments, and providing administrative support to meet compliance requirements of the business.

Job Duties:

  • Support the development and approval of Printed Materials (Eg. Labels, Marketing Materials, Procedures)
  • Support Raw Material verification
  • Manage controlled documents and version histories
  • Participate in Preventative and Corrective Action Plans
  • Support special projects and Product launches
  • Use a variety of online tools including MRPEasy, TraceGrains, Microsoft, and to support cross-functional teams
  • Follow project management systems
  • Complete Records and Logs
  • Any other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Background in Chemical, Food, Pharmaceutical science
  • QA with 1-2 years of experience shall be preferred
  • Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Office
  • Intermediate to Advanced communication skills. Must speak, read, write and interpret the meaning of the law in English
  • Ability to work independently, as well as being a strong team player
  • Have good attendance and safety record

Work Conditions

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday in office availability
  • Daily work on a computer
  • Fast paced environment with changing priorities
  • Occasional overtime

All selected candidates must be available for in person interviews during normal office hours. 

The candidate must pass a criminal record search prior to hiring.
