What You'll Do

As a Senior Service Advisor, you will be the link between our customers and our service team – ensuring every guest receives exceptional service from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include:

• Greet customers promptly and warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
• Identify and confirm vehicle service needs through active listening and clear communication
• Present accurate cost estimates, secure approvals, and set realistic timelines
• Maintain strong Hours Per RO performance and track daily targets
• Monitor repair progress, keep customers informed, and follow up promptly
• Review completed work with customers, explain charges, warranties, and additional recommendations
• Identify additional service opportunities and refer sales leads when appropriate
• Maintain high CSI scores through consistent, quality customer interactions
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years as a successful Service Advisor (Toyota or other high-volume dealership experience preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed Hours Per RO and CSI targets
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Reynolds & Reynolds (or similar DMS)
• Valid G Class driver's license with a clean abstract
• A results-driven, customer-first mindset
