Role Overview

The Product Operations Specialist is a cross-functional role that supports collaboration across Product, Engineering, Business Lines, and Marketing teams.

This position helps ensure that RIFO's product capabilities—especially AI-powered features—are translated into clear, consistent, and user-centered experiences. The role focuses on supporting prompt iteration, structured testing, product readiness, and alignment between product behavior and go-to-market messaging.

Key Responsibilities1. AI Experience & Prompt Operations

  • Support the design, testing, and iteration of AI prompts, tone, and response behavior in collaboration with engineering and product teams.
  • Help improve AI responses for clarity, trust, and decision support across common user scenarios.
  • Document prompt changes, maintain version tracking, and support prompt improvement workflows.
  • Collect and summarize user feedback related to AI response quality and usability.

  • Product Testing & QA Support

  • Coordinate internal product testing using real-world business scenarios.

  • Assist QA teams in maintaining test cases that reflect user workflows and meaningful behaviors.
  • Identify potential issues where AI outputs may be confusing, inconsistent, or misaligned with business intent.
  • Prepare structured test results and feedback summaries for product and engineering teams.

  • AI Feature Support Across Business Lines

  • Work with business stakeholders to understand workflows and common user decision points.

  • Help document and communicate business requirements and usage scenarios for AI features.
  • Support rollout readiness for AI features across mobile and web product surfaces.
  • Assist with ensuring consistent AI experience and messaging across different product areas.

  • Product Marketing & Go-To-Market Support

  • Partner with marketing to support accurate product messaging and AI value propositions.

  • Review product materials (e.g., demos, slides, scripts) to ensure alignment with actual product behavior and limitations.
  • Provide product notes and internal documentation to support go-to-market preparation.

  • Cross-Team Coordination & Feedback Loop

  • Support communication between engineering, product management, business teams, and marketing.

  • Track issues, feedback, and action items to help ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Help maintain a continuous improvement loop from testing to launch to iteration.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in product operations, product coordination, product analysis, QA collaboration, or related roles.
  • Exposure to AI-powered products (mobile and/or web), especially conversational AI or decision-support tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document clearly and organize information.
  • Comfortable collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and user experience judgment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in AI, SaaS, FinTech, or PropTech products.
  • Familiarity with prompt iteration, testing workflows, or product release processes.
  • Awareness of AI trust, risk, or compliance considerations.
  • Experience working with cross-border or distributed teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34,455.23-$50,000.00 per year
