Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety across various facilities, ensuring a hygienic and welcoming environment for clients and staff. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic setting, contributing to the overall upkeep and maintenance of commercial spaces. Prior custodial or facilities maintenance experience is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate. The position requires strong time management skills, physical stamina, and excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Utilize hand tools and power tools for specific cleaning or maintenance tasks as needed
  • Conduct facilities maintenance tasks to ensure safety and functionality of the premises
  • Operate heavy lifting equipment when necessary to move furniture or supplies
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness in bathrooms, kitchens, offices, and common areas
  • Follow established procedures for waste disposal and sanitation protocols
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding cleaning schedules or special requests
  • Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently within designated timeframes

Skills

  • Experience with custodial work, commercial cleaning, or facilities maintenance is preferred
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment
  • Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safety procedures
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
  • Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and addressing client needs
  • Customer service orientation to ensure client satisfaction
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Need 2 people to start at 10 pm And work 2-4 hours a night to clean and deep clean at times

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
