Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and customer-focused Nail Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nail care services, create a relaxing environment for clients, and contribute to the overall success of our salon. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your skills in nail artistry, skincare, and customer service while helping clients look and feel their best. The position is commission based to be further discussed, with with applicant during the hiring process.

Duties

  • Perform professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art.
  • Offer additional services such as body waxing to enhance client experience.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized work station in accordance with health and safety standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and recommending suitable treatments or products.
  • Upsell retail products and additional services to increase client satisfaction and salon revenue.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized care.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest nail trends, techniques, and sanitation protocols.

Skills

  • Proven experience in nail care, including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art.
  • Knowledge of sanitation and sterilization procedures to ensure a safe environment.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell retail products naturally.
  • Experience with body waxing is a plus but not required; training may be provided.
