The Purpose:
Reporting to the Director, Enterprise Sales, the Enterprise Territory Manager is an experienced business leader responsible for guiding decision-makers in sales opportunities through discovering, considering, and selecting F12 AMTRA services. Sales opportunities include winning new accounts and selling new services to existing accounts.
The Enterprise Territory Manager is responsible for net new sales and converting sales opportunities to professional services engagements, in conjunction with Solutions Leads, to their successful conclusion - a new F12 AMTRA contract customer or an increase in existing monthly recurring revenue (MRR) for an existing customer. The Territory Manager uses their business acumen, client-centric and consultative approach to build trust, relevance and value with their customers. The Territory Manager builds compelling value propositions that equip visionary leaders and their teams to advance their organizations.
The Enterprise Territory Manager is a trusted advisor who seeks to understand a customer's vision & mission and uses that understanding to design an optimized solution that empowers and transforms their business. The Territory Manager must articulate both the "WHY" & the "WHAT" to align Innovation with Business Strategy.
Responsibilities:
Growth Generation & New Business Development
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan targeting enterprise prospect, with clear objectives to exceed quota and growth metrics.
- Proactively identify, pursue, and win new enterprise accounts through targeted outreach, networking, and consultative selling.
- Conduct high-impact meetings with prospects and existing clients to advance opportunities toward paid engagements and new contracts.
- Lead solutions workshops and prospect meetings, demonstrating advanced business acumen and the ability to uncover and address critical business drivers and risks.
- Build compelling value propositions and deliver persuasive sales proposals that inspire action and commitment from enterprise decision-makers.
- Connect with business leaders to understand their challenges and opportunities, positioning F12 AMTRA's solutions as transformative for their organizations.
- Use storytelling, personal experience, and conviction to motivate prospects and accelerate the sales cycle.
Technical Enhancement, Training & Partnership Building
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Director of Sales, CRO, and executive team to enhance sales initiatives and drive enterprise growth.
- Continuously improve the sales process and opportunity measurement, engaging the CRO at critical deal points for maximum impact.
- Ensure all opportunities align with F12 AMTRA's standards for quality clients and long-term partnerships.
- Support the VP of Strategic Partnerships by leveraging a rich partner network of technology and solutions providers to expand reach and solution offerings.
Pipeline Management & Opportunity Advancement
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified enterprise prospects, consistently generating new leads and nurturing them through the sales funnel.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and opportunity status to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Utilize financial acumen to structure deals that meet both client needs and organizational objectives.
Client Engagement & Trusted Advisor
- Establish credibility and trust with enterprise clients by understanding their vision, mission, and strategic priorities.
- Design and articulate optimized solutions that align innovation with business strategy, empowering clients to achieve transformational outcomes.
- Serve as a consultative resource, guiding clients through the decision-making process and positioning F12 AMTRA as a strategic partner.
Requirements:
- Proven success using dynamic, engaging communication to edify and influence intelligent and accomplished stakeholders.
- Strong familiarity with the business IT community
- Superb oral and written communication, with seasoned presentation skills in front of business audiences
- Financial acumen regarding budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
- Sound knowledge of technical platforms, business models, tech subject matters, and industry trends
- Bachelor's Degree or higher, or direct business experience
