About the Role

We currently have an opening for a part time Rehabilitation Therapist servicing the areas of Parry Sound, Sudbury and North Bay.

As a Rehabilitation Therapist, you'll work as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team under the clinical direction and supervision of regulated health professionals — such as Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists.

Your role will involve implementing individualized, community-based rehabilitation programs designed to optimize clients' cognitive, behavioral, functional, and psychological recovery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-to-one therapeutic intervention and support for clients of all ages and abilities
  • Implement goal-oriented treatment plans under clinical supervision
  • Facilitate community integration and skill-building activities
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive, client-focused care
  • Maintain detailed documentation and communication regarding client progress

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience with brain injury, PTSD, and/or pain management is an asset
  • Working knowledge of Ontario's insurance-funded treatment systems is an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (travel is required for home and community visits)
  • Highly motivated, compassionate, and adaptable professional
