The ideal candidate should have one-year related experience.

This position will be responsible for supporting and maintaining on-site parts operations & customer consignments, assisting with inventory control, replenishment activities, and assist with Manager.

Requirements:

* 1 + years Parts or Service experience in the automotive industry (an asset)

* Strong customer service focus accompanied by a pleasant telephone manner

* Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated attention to detail

* Positive can-do attitude and good interpersonal skills required, including being a team player

* Reliable, with the ability to work independently and unsupervised

* Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English

* Strong computer skills and have the ability to multi-task

* Reliable, flexible, and willing to change with the environment

* Valid class 5 driver's license & clean driving record

* References required

* Adhere to all WorkSafe BC health and safety protocols,

Tasks may include but not limited to:

* Assist Manager with day to day activities * Ordering parts

* Posting and scanning parts invoices

* Dealing with parts returns and credits

* Handing out parts to technicians

* Arranging parts on parts carts according to job and technician

* Mirror matching all parts that arrive * Customer Service back up relief when necessary

Wage is negotiable based on experience and role.
