**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assess vehicle damage accurately by inspecting vehicles thoroughly and identifying necessary repairs
- Familiarity with insurance procedures and standards
- Prepare detailed repair estimates using industry-standard software and tools
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair procedures, costs, and timelines
- Collaborate with technicians, body shop staff, and management to coordinate repair processes
- Handle cash transactions and process payments securely and efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of estimates, repairs, and customer interactions for documentation purposes
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

**Requirements**:

- Previous Autobody experience or mechanic background is preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repairs
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes and industry standards
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude with a commitment to quality service and continuous learning

Pay: $50,594.68-$90,000.00 per year
