Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance Manager to oversee our company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, and accounting, with a solid understanding of corporate finance, budgeting, and risk analysis. This leadership role requires a proactive approach to financial planning, cost management, and business development to support the company's growth and stability. The Finance Manager will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and effective financial decision-making across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely processing and accuracy.
  • Oversee bookkeeping and maintain precise account reconciliation records.
  • Develop and monitor the company's budget, providing insights to optimize financial performance.
  • Lead financial services operations including reporting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk analysis and implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate financial exposure.
  • Supervise the preparation of financial statements in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Oversee cost management initiatives to improve profitability without compromising quality or compliance.
  • Drive business development efforts by identifying new investment opportunities and revenue streams.
  • Provide strategic guidance on investment decisions aligned with company goals.
  • Lead a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Experience

  • Proven experience in corporate finance, with a strong background in accounting, bookkeeping, and managing complex financial transactions.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising finance teams or departments.
  • Extensive knowledge of risk analysis, risk management, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Experience in developing budgets, performing cost analysis, and managing investments is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prior experience working within the financial services industry or similar sectors is preferred. This position offers an opportunity for a dedicated finance professional to lead critical financial functions within a dynamic organization while contributing to its strategic growth initiatives.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$170,000.00 per year
