After ramp-up: You'll manage your own client portfolio and report to our Team Leader.JOB FIT CRITERIAExperience: 5+ years cloud bookkeeping for Canadian businesses.Firm experience: 2+ years handling monthly deadlines in a bookkeeping or accounting firm (managing multiple clients).Availability: 20+ hours/week, primarily during business hours (9–5 ET or 8–4 MT/PT). Some tasks can be done evenings/weekends, but most client work is daytime. Not compatible with another full-time 9–5 role.Systems expertise: Expert user of Xero, QBO, Dext (QBO Desktop alone is not sufficient).Location & work status: Legally able to work in Canada and physically based in Canada.Communication: Native/near-native English; reliable same-day responsiveness (emails within 2–3 hours on weekdays); able to update client books at least every two days.Certifications: QuickBooks ProAdvisor (required); Xero Advisor (preferred).Set-up: Your own computer (
