About the Program HealthOPM is recruiting on behalf of a Toronto-based non-profit agency operating a specialized 24/7 residential treatment program for youth who have experienced severe trauma and require structured, consistent support. As a Child & Youth Worker, you will contribute to a stable and healing environment, using trauma-informed approaches and working closely with a multidisciplinary team to support youth safety, emotional regulation, and day-to-day functioning.
