Business AnalystReporting To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Job Summary:A fast-growing, Vaughan-based food company, operating multiple brands across retail, foodservice, and manufacturing throughout the USA and Canada, is currently seeking a Business Analyst to join the team.This is a key role responsible for supporting executive leadership by analyzing business performance, improving processes, and delivering data-driven insights. This role focuses on financial analysis, budgeting, costing, and pricing, SAP optimization, and strategic decision support to drive efficiency and long-term business growth.Key Responsibilities:Analyze business performance, identify gaps, and recommend process and operational improvements.Prepare clear, concise reports and present actionable insights to senior leadership.Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring.Develop and maintain costing and pricing models, including standard costs and price lists.Perform financial, operational, and strategic analysis to support management decision-making.Optimize and support the SAP - ERP system to improve data accuracy and reporting.Other duties as assigned.Key Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.Minimum 5 years’ experience in business analysis or a similar role.Strong financial and analytical skills with experience in budgeting, costing, and pricing.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Note: Employee may be required to perform other duties as necessary to support the operational needs of the organization.
