CAD/CAM Team Lead Designer – C&B / ImplantLocation: On-site – North York, ON, Canada Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Person Compensation: $30–$45/hour (DOE) Immediate HiringAbout the Laboratory: A modern, digitally driven dental laboratory in North York is seeking an experienced CAD/CAM Team Lead Designer to support and guide the Crown & Bridge / Implant design team. The lab focuses on high-quality restorations, efficiency, and collaboration across departments.Position Summary: We are looking for a skilled and reliable CAD/CAM Designer with leadership capability to design crown & bridge and implant cases while supporting workflow coordination and quality standards within the design team.Key Responsibilities:Design crowns, bridges, and implant restorations using Exocad or 3ShapeReview prescriptions and case requirements for accuracy and feasibilitySupport and guide junior designers as a team leadCollaborate with production, QC, and customer service teamsWork across multiple implant systemsEnsure consistency, precision, and timely case deliveryRequirements:Minimum 3+ years of CAD/CAM design experience (C&B and implant)Proficiency in Exocad or 3ShapeStrong understanding of implant workflows and dental anatomyLeadership mindset with the ability to support a teamHigh attention to detail and the  ability to manage multiple casesWhat’s Offered:Competitive hourly pay ($30–$45/hour, based on experience)Full benefits packageStable, long-term opportunity in a growing labCollaborative and professional work environmentImportant: This is a 100% on-site position.
