Moonlight Natural Pet Store carries quality raw pet food, dog and cat treats & natural products for cats & dogs.

**Key duties & responsibilities**:

- Attend to customers’ needs with thorough, well-thought information on a wide variety of products and pet foods.
- Work on in-store process improvements and displays.
- Research products and improve the nutrition and health knowledge of coworkers.
- Work as directed by supervisor.
- Utilize Point of Sale (POS) system, process payments and refunds/exchanges.
- Receive and process stock.
- Comfortably lift up to 26 lbs.

**Additional Benefits**:

- Paid breaks with full-time hours (35 hours per week)

**What we** **prefer**:

- **Knowledge in holistic pet food and nutrition, and preferably be feeding their pet (cat or dog) raw or a balanced home-made diet.**:

- Great customer service, communication skills and pay attention to detail.
- Love working with both dogs and cats.
- Retail experience - not less than 1 year.
- Prior experience as a vet tech or in a pet store will be highly considered.
