Gather and analyst data on Calgary Transit's current fare products and partnership data initiatives.
- Conduct research on industry best practices in fare products and partnership models.
- Develop innovative proposals based on research findings.
- Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing research findings, analysis and proposed solutions.

**Qualifications**
- Enrolled in your third year of a four-year degree program in Business, Economics, Accounting, Public Policy or Political Science.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Experience using Microsoft Suite for research and presentations.
- Ability to communicate and present research findings, proposals and reports clearly and persuasively including the ability to explain complex concepts in a way that is easily understood by various parties.
- Analytical thinker who can interpret data, identify trends and draw meaningful conclusions. Ability to critically think and approach problems methodically.
- Collaborate closely with Calgary Transit staff, external partners and community groups.

**Pre-Employment Requirements**
- Must be currently enrolled in school on a full-time basis with the intent to return to school full-time in the Fall of 2025.
- If invited to an interview, you will be asked to provide an unofficial transcript or an enrollment verification letter (indicating the program and year you are currently completing).

Compensation: $28.88 per hour (2025 Rates)
Days of Work: This position works a 5 day
- work week with 1 day off in a 3 week cycle.
- Hours of work: Standard 35 hour work week
