**Position: Massage Addict Moncton Team Leader**

Our massage therapy clinic is looking to hire a Team Leader with strong leadership and management abilities, professional communication style, and a great personality with the desire and passion to contribute to clinic’s success.

The Team Leader is responsible for all daily operations of their clinic, maximizing results through revenue driving efforts and effective recruiting, scheduling and retention of therapists and front desk team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome clients by greeting and orienting them to the Clinic upon arrival.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all Massage Addict services.
- Provide administrative support to the Clinic, forms, and documentation for new and existing clients.
- Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with clinic operating procedures; cleanliness of the clinic guest-facing areas, including the reception area and treatment rooms.
- Promote and sell memberships.
- Laundry Duties
- Creates and maintains a highly motivated work environment by communicating regularly in a positive, motivating manner.
- Recruits, selects, and retains front desk staff.
- Involves entire team in clinic event organization, encouraging initiative and ownership.
- Ensures clinic team is trained effectively.
- Ensures proper maintenance of client files, maintain confidentiality.
- Abides by all regulations, by college, association, and the Insurance companies.

**REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- 2+ years of experience within a service-oriented environment with a focus on management, sales, customer service, administration and providing a high level of client service/satisfaction.
- Superior verbal communication, being bilingual would be an asset.
- Professional, good energy, calm, patient and friendly (sunny disposition) - great people skills
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Access to reliable transportation

Expected hours: 32 - 37 per week
