We have 22 food supply and dough manufacturing centers in the U.S., and seven more across Canada, Hawaii and Alaska. **Job Description**:
**Shift - Thursday to Sunday, 9:00pm - 7:30am**
**Summary**: The Delivery and Service Administrator is responsible for the administrative tasks for the Delivery and Service department, which includes contact and coordination with drivers. They are also responsible for assisting with the after-hours coverage for Customer Service.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
(50%) Driver Payroll
- Reconcile driver expense reports including data input and verification
- Track driver kilometers
- Log reefer hours
- Log tractors and trailers used for routes
(20%) Reporting
- Generate Start-up Shift report which includes identifying delayed routes
- Input fuel receipts into Microsoft Excel
- Produce reporting for other internal users including Accounting
(15%) Driver Qualification Files
- Manage and maintain all printed and electronic driver qualification files, medical files, and compliance files in a secure and confidential manner
(15%) General Administration
- Respond to driver inquiries in person, by phone and electronically
- Communicate route information to drivers and assist with coordinating re-deliveries
- Assist Delivery and Service team with daily tasks
- Assist in daily routing
- Communicate delays to franchisees and monitor the customer service mailbox
- Maintain and process credits
- Maintains Fuel Tax information
- Attend and speak at the quarterly driver meetings
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of related experience is an asset
- Knowledge of Ministry of Transportation rules and regulations is an asset
- Knowledge of Hours of Service (HOS) regulations is an asset
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Proactive attitude and takes initiative to prevent issues
- Team oriented and safety minded
- Available to work shifts that may be scheduled anytime during a 24-hour day, over any 7-day period
Physical Requirements
- Able to sit for long periods of time, working in an office environment using typical office equipment including frequent typing
- May be required to reach with hands and arms regularly, occasionally stand and walk, occasionally lift up to 10 pounds, and rarely lift up to 50 pounds
