**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Operate and maintain picker trucks and/or boom trucks
- Haul, load, and off-load equipment
- Understand and obey all provincial and federal highway rules and regulations
- Ensure equipment meets operation and safety requirements
- Practice proper legal load securement
- Take part in all safety meetings
- Operate company vehicles and equipment in a professional, safe and courteous manner
- Complete required paperwork for unit pre-trip, inspections, job reports, log book and safety documents
- Strictly observe and enforce all company and client safety requirements
- Work as part of a team and follow direction from supervision
**Qualifications**:
- Class 3 License required (abstract must have no more than 5 demerits in last 3 years)
- Preference given to Class 1
- Picker Truck Certification required
- Journeyman Crane certification an asset
- ** 2-3 years of experience** operating a picker truck**:
- Must have a valid H2S Alive and CSO certificates
- Able to provide a negative result on a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Able to travel throughout Alberta (flexibility in schedule is required)
