**About Us**:
Anas Woodworking is a small growing custom cabinet-making shop specializing in high-quality custom cabinetry. We take pride in precision craftsmanship and innovative design. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to join our team.

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain Homag N-300 Autofeed CNC router
- Read and interpret blueprints and program CNC machine to suit.
- Load materials, set up tooling, and adjust machine settings for precise cuts.
- Monitor machine operation to ensure high-quality output and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC equipment.
- Ensure all work meets company standards for accuracy and quality.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines.
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace.

**Requirements**:

- Experience operating CNC routers in a woodworking or cabinet-making environment.
- Proficiency with CNC programming software (e.g., Mozaik, Cabinet Vision, or similar).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with woodworking tools and materials.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with cabinet-making processes.
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM software.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or woodworking environment.
