**Your mandate**

You will support the sales team (Regional Sales Directors, District Managers and Sales Representatives) in its regular activities and take part in various special projects. You will be the key contact between sales team and home office.

**Your challenges**
- Daily administrative support to RSDs and sales reps (research problems with orders, accounts, discounts, returns, customer issues, shipment tracking, product information, etc.)
- Entering professional discount frames for customers, reps and employees
- Processing of frame transfer forms (invoicing customers and replacing reps samples)
- Processing of new reps (sample bag, hiring kit, welcome letters & training sales manual)
- Invoicing of new releases, printing of spec sheets and receipt memos
- Follow up of recalled styles
- Tracking of reps sample bags inventory
- Processing of terminated reps (issuing call tags, follow up with reps, crediting samples, invoicing missing frames )
- Distribution of sales leads to RSDs and reps
- Processing of co-op requests
- Processing and tracking of regional development funds

**You profile**
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position in retail or customer service (asset)
- College or University degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Excellent judgment, attention to detail and autonomy
- Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
- Professionalism and sense of priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Web and computer-savviness
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills
- Team player with solid interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented with strong problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while delivering high level of customer service
- Demonstrate a high degree of maturity and integrity
