As the Business & Reporting Analyst, reporting to the Director, Finance Shared Services Center of Excellence, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence through data-driven analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and project coordination. This includes enhancing reporting, automation, and process governance, while partnering with cross-functional teams across Finance, Operations, IT, and more.

A Day in the Life
- Business Analysis & Documentation: Gather and document business requirements, create and maintain SOPs, workflows, and process maps, and translate needs into technical specifications.
- Reporting & Data Analysis: Develop and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports, perform reconciliations, analyze datasets, and build dashboards/visualizations in Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership Support: Communicate findings clearly, support leadership initiatives, collaborate with IT on automation, and promote continuous improvement.
- Project Coordination & Initiative Support: Ensure compliance with controls, participate in process reengineering, and identify opportunities to improve reporting and governance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field, or 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical background and experience in process documentation and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, and automation technologies (Power Automate, Alteryx) a plus.
- Knowledge of SAP S4/HANA a plus.
