Position Overview The Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst supports all of Greenfield’s Business Units by using analytics to provide actionable insights. They manage reports and dashboards in Power BI, provide analytics to management, and serve as a project resource to drive key business initiatives. Ideal candidates live near Mississauga, ON and embrace data‑driven improvement, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication. They must juggle multiple priorities, create compelling data stories, and solve non‑traditional problems. Responsibilities Design and maintain scalable BI solutions using Power BI, supporting executive decision‑making through KPI dashboards and financial insights. Maintain and troubleshoot user issues with existing Power BI reports. Update row‑level security on existing reports and perform periodic reviews of user access. Utilize diverse data sources (OData, SharePoint, Salesforce, NAV/D365, web APIs) to create visually appealing dashboards. Automate manual reporting processes using Power BI Desktop, Power Automate, and related business systems. Train and support end users in report usage and Power BI adoption. Assist FP&A manager with business unit reporting. Document key processes and procedures. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field. 3+ years of BI reporting, data analysis, or related role. Proven experience delivering executive‑level dashboards and reports. Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to foster collaborative, cross‑department relationships to meet objectives. Bonus Points Working towards or possessing CPA designation. Proficiency in SQL, DAX, M Language (Power Query), and Power BI Report Builder. Manufacturing experience including BOM, cost of materials analysis, and knowledge of various costing methodologies.
