**Reports to: Store Owner - Not Active in Day to Day Operations**

**Location**: Etobicoke, ON - Across from Kipling Subway Stn.

**Position: Team Leader**

As the Team Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day operations and championing the success of the store. Your leadership will set the tone for our team members and create a positive and motivating work environment. Your dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and optimizing sales will help us achieve new heights in the competitive food retail market.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Leadership**: Lead by example, inspire, and motivate a diverse team of employees to achieve individual and collective goals. Provide coaching and guidance to foster professional growth and create a cohesive work culture.

**Customer Focus**: Ensure every customer leaves with a smile. Strive to maintain the highest standards of customer service, responding to feedback, and resolving any issues promptly.

**Operations Management**: Oversee store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and stock control. Monitor and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**Sales and Performance**: Drive sales and meet revenue targets while keeping a keen eye on profitability. Analyze sales data and strategize to enhance store performance.

**Compliance**:Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies. Create and maintain a safe and welcoming environment for both customers and staff.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as supervisor in a similar leadership role within the retail industry.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Knowledge of food retail trends and the ability to adapt to a dynamic market.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.

**Requirements**:

- High School Diploma or GED preferred; or equivalent experience of (3) three years with an emphasis on (3) related skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
