**Position**: Catering Manager

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Primary Focus**:
As the Catering Manager, your main responsibility will be overseeing and managing the catering operations of Hank Daddy's Barbecue. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and efficiency are maintained, while providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage all aspects of catering operations, including planning, preparation, and execution of events.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific catering needs and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels to fulfill catering orders.
- Oversee food production and presentation, ensuring adherence to established recipes and kitchen protocols.
- Manage and train catering staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding service.
- Collaborate with the Back of House Team and Kitchen Manager to ensure seamless coordination between the restaurant and catering operations.
- Monitor and manage costs, including food waste, inventory, and labor expenses, to achieve optimal profitability.
- Uphold and enforce health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

**Skills Required**:

- Previous experience in catering or restaurant management is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, staff, and vendors.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Food Handlers certification or equivalent is required.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift over 50 lbs.
- Flexible availability to accommodate varying catering schedules.
- Demonstrated hardworking nature, efficiency, and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
