**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist with food preparation as needed to support kitchen staff during busy periods.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure guest safety.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding hospitality.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
