**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions regarding food preparation and ingredients.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Process payments accurately using cash handling skills and basic math abilities.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to help guests feel welcomed and valued.
- Familiarity with food service operations, including cashiering and cash handling procedures.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
