Fairweather is seeking a **Warehouse Supervisor** **in Training** to support our warehouse operations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 0-2 years of experience in a supervisory role or warehouse position who is eager to grow their career in logistics and warehouse operations.

**PAY: $18/HR**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in coordinating daily shipping activities to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
- Help monitor inventory and manage product storage and allocation.
- Participate in scheduling transportation, tracking shipments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Support compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Identify and suggest improvements to current shipping procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet shipping goals.
- Perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing, loading, and unloading.
- Review and organize shipping documentation.
- Help resolve issues related to shipments and deliveries.

**Qualifications**:

- 0-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or related field (preferred)
- Diploma or certificate in supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or related field is an asset.
- Forklift certification or experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks such as bending, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic shipping software is an asset.

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (40 hours/week)
- Evening shift may be required in future
- Must be available for overtime, holidays, and weekends as needed
