**POSITION: Creative Specialist**

We are looking for a Creative Specialist with skills in graphic design, web development, and video production. This person will work closely with a likeminded team of creative experts in executing a wide array of tasks for both the internal company and external clients.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work with our team to produce quality videos from concept to completion such as promotional, educational/training, testimonials, and event promo videos
- Engage in both video pre-production and post-production tasks such as scripting, storyboarding, pitching, planning and scheduling, lighting, shooting, audio capture and directing
- Create graphics, documents, reports, etc., using Adobe Creative Suite for publication both online and in print
- Support the creation and production of ideas and assets for both internal and client-based digital and social media channels
- Maintain, update, and create basic websites using platforms such as WordPress and Wix
- Assist in solving business objectives with creative thinking in the domains of web, print, video, and social media

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Videography experience
- Graphic design experience
- Web development experience
- Adept in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced work environment, maintains a positive frame of mind, and sets an example of professionalism for others
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of individuals/groups
- Willingness to adapt to new techniques and best practices
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong teamwork ethic
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet productivity goals
