Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning of all public areas inside and outside.
- Help housekeepers with garbage collection, stripping guest rooms of laundry, helping in laundry when needed.
- Fixing small items ie light bulbs, unplug toilets.
- Daily cleaning of swimming pool deck areas, shower and swimming pool washroom.
- Cleaning all public washrooms.
- Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate.

Some landscaping experience preferred, able to do lawn mowing etc........

Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Janitor, Cleaner or Housekeeper, preferable in the hotel industry.
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
- Customer-oriented and friendly.
- Prioritization and time management skills.
- Working quickly without compromising quality.
- Knowledge of English language is preferable.
- Job entails some heavy lifting up to maybe 40 lbs, standing and bending.
- Must be reliable, punctual and willing to work on weekends, public holidays, some late afternoons shifts are required as well.
