**Your Opportunity**:
Providing a positive and professional first impression of Alberta Precision Labs by providing excellent customer service skills when booking, modifying or cancelling appointments; providing information to patients regarding collection sites and test preparation instructions. Assists clients in selecting appointment location and times, and responsible for providing a high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Reports to Supervisor and/or Manager of Patient Appointment Line, Community Services. Please note that this position is Monday to Friday between 07:00 - 17:15 hours.

**Required Qualifications**:
Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
**Additional Required Qualifications**:
Experience in a call-center environment. Six months customer service experience. Intermediate knowledge of MS Office suite. Experience with Data entry.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Related post-secondary education (ex. Medical Office Assistant, Unit Clerk). Knowledge of medical terminology. Ability to handle a large amount of work effectively, given exposure to continual interruptions.
