**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Office Administration/Management with a focus on Health Services.
- Minimum of 2 years within the last 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of current office management practices and ability to identify/develop processes for clerical services delivery.
- Knowledge of Walker Family Cancer Centre programs and clinics.
- Knowledge of regulations under the Provincial Statutes related to patient information, release of information procedures; patient's rights and hospital responsibilities to secure patient information.
- Knowledge of OH-CCO Cancer Plan.
- Knowledge of quality assurance metrics and the development of processes to ensure quality, timely and efficient patient care.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and above average computer skills
- Demonstrated organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated comfort with public speaking and presentation skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to travel to multiple sites.
- Consistent and regular attendance is required.
- Proficiency in both official languages (English and French) will be considered an asset.
- Vaccines (COVID-19 and others) are a new hire requirement of the job unless you have an exemption based on medical or on a ground pursuant to the Ontario Human Rights Code
