Position Title: Suite Runner
Department: Premium Services - Suites
Reports To: Suites Supervisor / Suites Manager
Status: Seasonal, Part-Time, Unionized
Location: Rogers Centre, Toronto, ON

Key Responsibilities- Deliver food and beverage items to suites according to live orders and replenishment needs.- Support service staff by restocking supplies, condiments, ice, and utensils.- Maintain communication with pantry and kitchen teams to coordinate efficient service.- Respond quickly to time-sensitive suite needs.- Ensure back-of-house spaces remain clean, organized, and safe.- Assist in post-event breakdown, restocking, and suite reset as required.

Qualifications- Previous hospitality or food service experience is an asset.- Excellent communication and organizational skills.- Strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask under pressure.- Comfortable lifting and carrying items up to 50 lbs.- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.- Must be 18 years of age or older.

Working Conditions- Fast-paced, physically demanding environment.- Shifts aligned with event schedules (evenings, weekends, holidays).- Exposure to kitchen heat, stairs, elevators, and tight corridors.- Frequent walking, stair climbing, and lifting.

Physical Demands- Ability to lift and carry trays, boxes, and beverage bins up to 50 lbs.- Prolonged standing, walking, and stair climbing throughout the shift.- Repetitive bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling.- Navigating tight spaces while carrying items.

Equipment Used- Food and beverage carriers (bins, trays, carts)- Ice bins and beverage tubs- Handheld radios or communication devices- Cleaning and sanitizing supplies
