**REPORTS TO**: Director, Stadium Operations

**DEPARTMENT**:Stadium Operations

**LOCATION**: Rogers Centre

**NATURE AND SCOPE**:
If you enjoy being surrounded by baseball, these seasonal positions may be for you. All positions require a willingness to assist fans in a polite, friendly manner, and have strong interpersonal communication skills.

Runners are primarily responsible for but not limited to, assisting staff, in preparation of stadium to welcome guests for Baseball games or any other event held at the Rogers Centre.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Stocking First Aid Rooms with Required supplies.
- Assist in the Distribution of Radios to Supervisors, Security, and Paid Duty Police.
- Prepare Computers, and Backpacks with Supplies for Fan services staff to pick up.
- Promotional Items: Distribute giveaways to Gates on Scheduled dates.
- Assist in Escorting Guests onto field seating by Golf Cart as requested.
- Assist with Radio calls to Base office from Gate opening to end of game.
- Assisting with lost and found Items. Confirming they have been logged, Sorted, and store items by series.
- Assisting in the return of all radios and Hand Wands to their charging stations after game.
- Other duties as requested, during hours of operation.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Excellent problem solving, judgment and negotiation skills
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Valid Forklift Licence an asset
- Strong ability to be assertive and influential
- Excellent oral and written communication skills complimented with a friendly and professional manner
- A commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction
- Solid team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- You must be able and interested in supporting a team environment
- Available to work all 81 home games including evenings, weekends and holidays as required.**Schedule**: Part time
