Stones and Findings Inc. is an established wholesaler of jewellery components located in the King/Bathurst area of downtown Toronto. Managed by women, we operate an online store which ships to boutique owners, artisans and bead stores worldwide.

Jewellery components, like jewellery, is a highly competitive industry and requires precision.Our company is a leader in a fast paced environment. We are looking for a detail oriented, energetic individual who enjoys a fast pace and likes to keep busy.

We are a small team of very hard working individuals who enjoy being the best in the industry. We also like to have fun and have lunches/treats together. We are looking for an individual who will fit our team and stay for at least 2-5 years, and usually longer.

**Job description**

THE POSITION - **E-Commerce Fulfillment and Digital Marketer**

There is a great deal of overlap in duties and responsibilities because we work in teams of at least two per area and we cover each other. This is the upside of working for a small company - you will be trained in most areas of the company operations. On the other hand, you will need to be flexible in your duties and perform a large variety of tasks daily.

They would adjust invoices and the website according to stock; check quality of components; verify accuracy of another pick/packer's work; ship using different couriers and interact with other team members.

We are looking to hire a permaEnsure that products are allocated to the correct customer orders by reading packing slips, and picking and packing orders accordingly, verifying addresses and instructions.

Measuring chains and spooling them onto cards or small spools; inspect jewellery components to ensure quality and verify the correct items and quantities are included in the correct packages.

Use a computer to print shipping labels, affix them to their packages, and enter tracking information for notes.

Keep track of inventory including receiving, counting and shelving merchandise.

Pick/packing and shipping orders.

Note: we are always busy.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Must have completed grade 12 highschool, with post-secondary an asset

Previous e-commerce or customer service experience an big asset but not required

Previous jewellery making experience is a preferred asset but not required

Ability to prioritize tasks to maximize efficiency is very important

Strong general computer skills is a must (Mac or PC)

Ability to use Google Sheets and Excel to help manage data

Strong initiative and self-driven, ability to multi-task and maintain an organized workspace

Detail-oriented and passionate about product presentation

Ability to communicate clearly in English verbally and in writing

Punctual and organized, displaying strong time-management skills

Wage: $17-$18 per hour. We pay $17/hour and $18/hr after the probationary period of 4 weeks, pay increase and performance bonus.

Expected start date: September 1
