Last Door Recovery Society is a leader in fostering a community that inspires recovery. Our mission is to provide therapeutic environments where individuals and families dealing with addiction issues can develop the necessary skills to live free in recovery. We offer long-term bed-based and outpatient treatment for men aged 19 and over, utilizing a Social Model treatment modality. We strive for continuous improvement, respect for our service users, and a positive work environment where every team member can thrive and contribute demonstrating that recovery is possible. 

**Position Overview**:
The Administrator is an essential member of our team, ensuring the efficient functioning of administrative tasks. The role involves managing routine office duties such as filing, document management, and maintaining a tidy office space. Additionally, the Administrator handles incoming calls, provides exceptional customer service, and maintains a welcoming environment for clients, staff, and visitors. Key responsibilities also include proficient use of office software, troubleshooting basic technical issues, assisting in data entry and financial tasks, and collaborating with various teams to support the facility's operations and maintain data and financial records accurately. The Administrator plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive, inclusive office atmosphere and enhancing overall site efficiency

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in general office administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent phone manners and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Comfortable learning and adapting to new technologies.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Familiarity with database management systems is a plus.
- Basic understanding of financial processes, including petty cash management.
- Ability to work with basic financial documents.
- Willingness to assist in various tasks and areas around the facility.
- Adaptability in a dynamic and evolving work environment.
- Successfully complete and pass a Vulnerable Persons Criminal Record Check prior to initiating employment.

**Working Conditions: **

Formal work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility required to meet program functioning and client needs.
