**1. Program Coordination**
a. Oversee the overall program timeline, ensuring that all milestones and deliverables are met.
b. Serve as the primary point of contact for mentors, mentees, and program stakeholders.
c. Coordinate logistics for all program activities, including workshops, mentoring sessions, and cultural exchange events.
**2. Workshop Facilitation and Training**
a. Design and deliver training modules for youth mentors covering cultural sensitivity, effective mentorship practices, and understanding Canadian systems.
b. Facilitate interactive workshops for mentees on academic success, leadership development, career exploration, and digital literacy.
c. Provide ongoing one-on-one and group mentoring to support mentees’ growth and integration.
**3. Marketing and Event Planning**
a. Develop promotional materials (e.g., flyers, social media content) to support recruitment of mentors and mentees.
b. Capture and document program activities using photos, videos, and testimonials for marketing and reporting purposes.
c. Plan and manage cultural exchange events and the program's closing ceremony, handling scheduling, logistics, and participant engagement.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 9 weeks
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week

- Monday to Friday
