Hibco Construction is looking for a Project Coordinator to assist our busy commercial division. Our typical projects include mid to large scale tenant improvement work. The Project Coordinator would assist the Project Managers in their day to day duties.

The duties of this position would include:

- Assisting project managers with administrative tasks such as communicating with clients and sub contractors; review and maintenance of contracts, estimates, change orders, etc
- Assisting project managers with gathering and submitting information required for project invoicing.
- Utilizing construction and scheduling knowledge to coordinate with internal staff and sub contractors to complete projects according to proposed schedule.
- Working with in house staff to ensure project planning is completed and resource requirements are conveyed to the appropriate manager.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
