Join our team as a Project Coordinator.
We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support the project management team in a variety of critical tasks, including scheduling, job-costing calculations, stakeholder communication, material research and procurement, takeoffs, coordination of drawings, shop drawing reviews, and document control.
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining project documentation and ensuring seamless coordination throughout the project lifecycle. This position demands a high level of customer service, data entry proficiency, effective communication, collaboration, and strong administrative support skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist and support Project Managers in coordinating, managing, and successfully completing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure project accuracy.
- Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date project files.
- Perform administrative tasks, including submittals, estimates, pricing comparisons, and other project-related documentation.
- Provide administrative support and data entry for Project Managers as needed.
- Efficiently complete tasks or duties assigned by Project Managers within the scope of the role, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Serve as a liaison between office, engineering, and manufacturing departments to ensure seamless communication.
- Generate purchase orders and collaborate with the Accounting department.
- Lead meetings, take comprehensive minutes and distribute notes to all relevant parties.
**Qualifications Required**:
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience.
- Experience with data entry and using Project Management software.
- Strong ability to manage and prioritize task lists to ensure timely completion of responsibilities.
- Exceptional report writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Skilled in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and fostering collaboration among team members.
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Pay**: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
