Data Entry Assistant

**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Input and update data into databases and systems with high accuracy.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files to ensure easy retrieval.
- Perform regular data collection and verification to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in data entries promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar clerical role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and database management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with file management systems and data collection methods is a plus.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various departments.
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
