Midland, Canada Habitat for Humanity Ontario Gateway North Full time

The Regional Manager, ReStore and Community Partnerships is a leader in developing Habitat for Humanity presence and service in the North Simcoe area of operation (AO). Specifically, the AO includes Midland, Tiny, Tay, Penetanguishene, and surrounding areas. Broadly, you are charged with advancing the Habitat for Humanity Ontario Gateway North (OGN) mission and strategic goals in the AO, which includes authority and responsibility for the Habitat for Humanity ReStore in Midland. At your best in a fast-paced environment, you're a skilled management generalist. You take pride in your work, and it shows in the standards maintained in your store and in your dealings with donors, staff, volunteers, and community partners alike. In this hybrid role, you will forge profitable relationships and mobilize contributing stakeholders, forming partnerships that will support the delivery of the Habitat for Humanity mission of bringing communities together to help families build strength, stability and self-reliance through affordable home ownership. A business-savvy individual, you manage competing priorities well, focusing on achievement of both short and long-term goals. You inspire, motivate, and lead a lean and capable team of staff, volunteers, and community partners into effective and efficient action.

**Salary**: $56,000.00-$59,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
