We are looking for an enthusiastic **Clinic Manager/Kinesiologist/Physiotherapy Assistant** interested in a full time, long-term development position. This is a unique opportunity to join one of Ontario’s leading rehabilitation and sport performance teams.

Located in Sudbury’s south end, we are an experienced multidisciplinary rehabilitation team working a fun and positive environment. Our rapidly expanding team presently consists of Physiotherapists, Registered Massage Therapists, Dietitian and Occupational Therapists. We offer specialized programs in the treatment of Concussion, Dizziness & Balance, Athletic Injuries, motor vehicle accidents and workplace injuries. Our clientele is the perfect mix of athletes, community members, students and seniors.

**Requirements**:

- Self-motivated, detail oriented, fast learner/thinker with a friendly, patient personality
- Outstanding customer service and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills, bilingual in French/English both spoken and written preferred
- Ability to efficiently operate clinic management software and billing programs
- Knowledge of accounting systems and accounts receivables management
- Experience with scheduling, billing insurance companies, Telus, HCAI, WSIB would be an asset
- Motivated to participate in regular continuing education
- Willing to assist in developing new business streams

**Education**:

- Post-secondary education in a related field such as kinesiology, business, marketing, finance, physiotherapy assistant would be preferred.

**Hours**:

- Regular hours on week days. Expected start date: February 2025

**Salary & Vacation**:

- Based on education, experience and potential contribution to business.
- Current salary range $18-30/hr. Vacation range 2-6 weeks/year.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
