The shared services team is involved in projects from inception to realization, covering all of Coveo's business needs. They work with teams from different departments to implement complex changes.

As an internal Consultant for our Business Shared Services team, you will look at the micro level of projects and operations within Coveo. You will have to use your curiosity and drive to solve problems to determine which people are involved, the timeline, their processes and find solutions to make the process more efficient. You will develop a deep understanding of how the process is set up within the system, how the change impacts the people/teams, what change management and enablement is needed to make the change successful.

**Summary of the job**:

- Solve critical business problems internally.
- Work with all business units, acting as an unbiased guide.
- Conduct current and future state analysis.
- Transform technical language into digestible content.
- Ensure that the correct individuals from all affected departments are included as part of the project team.
- Work with Enterprise Architecture to determine which systems in our tech stack are best to solve the needs.
- Stay engaged throughout the entire project lifecycle to assist with requirements clarification, change management, and review UAT and training material.

- At least 5-7 years of experience working with multiple Business Units.
- Exposure to technical debt, migrations, system admin and Software life cycle.
- Understanding of how changes impact a business.
- Good understanding of process mapping.
- Acute sense of planning.
- Great interpersonal skills.
