'''Duties''' - Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow - Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor food preparation and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop and update menu offerings - Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as necessary - Implement and enforce health and safety protocols - Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards '''Experience''' - Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role - Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and service techniques - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively - Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software - Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals - Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Please note that this is a general job description for a Manager position.
