**Lower Mainland Pharmacy Services (LMPS)** has an exciting opportunity for you to utilize your passion, education, and experience as a
**Manager, Pharmaceutical Purchasing & Inventory Management.**

The Manager, Pharmaceutical Purchasing & Inventory Management, will oversee the operational and administrative activities of LMPS systems and services. You will work in collaboration with the Director of Pharmacy Services to determine priorities and develop strategic initiatives.

- Work collaboratively with the Director, Pharmacy Services in the development, implementation and evaluation of pharmaceutical purchasing and inventory management standards, policies and procedures across LMPS
- Identify and recommend changes to improve services while simplifying workflow

- Develop processes and methods for project implementation resulting from strategic initiatives and ensure that initiatives are carried out in accordance with the goals, policies and vision of LMPS
- Liaise with individual site leadership to implement inventory management system improvement initiatives by coordinating and scheduling work based on department priorities

**Are you passionate about joining our diverse team? We will be looking for you to have**:

- Bachelor degree in Health Sciences, Health Care Management, Business, Commerce or a related discipline or Diploma/Certificate in Inventory Management and/or Supply Chain (BCIT/APICS or equivalent) and graduation from a recognised Pharmacy Assistant course
- Five (5) years' recent related pharmaceutical purchasing/inventory management experience in a large, complex work environment
- Two (2) years in a supervisory/management role

Reporting to the Director, Pharmacy Services and through the direct leadership and management of people and resources, the Manager, Pharmaceutical Purchasing & Inventory Management oversees the operational and administrative activities of the Lower Mainland Pharmacy Services (LMPS) pharmaceutical purchasing and inventory management systems and services.
