**SOMMAIRE DU POSTE**:
Le titulaire du poste s’assure d’accomplir toutes les tâches relatives à sa fonction afin de fournir un service d’estimation et de suivi des projets exemplaire à nos partenaires électriques pour ainsi accroître nos ventes.
**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Procéder aux estimations et aux évaluations des systèmes de chauffage requis à partir des décomptes effectués par nos partenaires électriques ;
- Préparer la soumission à l'aide des listes de prix établies et dans le cadre des projets de construction ;
- Convertir les soumissions en commande dans le système ;
- S'assurer de recueillir l'ensemble des informations pertinentes au dossier pour faciliter le suivi à l’interne ;
- Assister les autres estimateurs dans la réalisation des tâches de l’équipe ;
- Préparer et envoyer l'ensemble des informations des fiches produites ainsi que les fiches techniques pour approbation ;
- Détecter les opportunités et optimiser, si possible, notre offre aux clients (Up-selling & Cross-selling) ;
- Recueillir l’information pertinente au BSDQ et maintenir à jour un agenda des soumissions ;
- Traiter les directives de changement et fournir à nos partenaires l’information sur les commandes, les délais de livraison, le prix des produits, etc. ;
- Collaborer et interagir avec les départements internes afin d’effectuer un suivi adéquat de la planification.

**QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES**:

- Diplôme d’études secondaires ;
- Minimum d’un à trois années d’expérience pertinente ;
- Bilinguisme parlé et écrit (français et anglais) ;
- Connaissance de la suite MS Office ;
- Connaissance générale des systèmes de gestion ERP ou CRM.

**EXPÉRIENCE**
Expérience, diplôme, ou connaissance technique en produits de chauffage électrique, en électricité, ou en estimation.
